I I am a passionate yoga teacher, energy worker, and law of attraction lover. I love creating space in my classes-physically, emotionally and spiritually through the practices and teachings of yoga. You can catch me teaching hot Vinyasa or slow grounded yin. When I am not in the studio I am at Crossfit, hiking, or going on some sort of adventure with my dog.
