Although I originally began my yoga practice because of its ability to heal the physical body, it is yoga's effects on my spiritual and mental health that have me coming back to my mat everyday. I completed my 200 hour TT with Soulpreneur Yoga and a 300 hour advanced training in India, and I am continuing my journey as a teacher with intention to help connect people with the profound healing that yoga has offered me. I teach a meditative slow vinyasa-style class, with joy and sensitivity. I like to remind my students that in connecting the mind, breath, and body we learn how to live in the beauty of the present and to integrate with practicality the spiritual practice as a lifestyle.
